Human Resources Generalist is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager with the administration of human resources programs, procedures and requirements, including employee benefits, compensation, and recruitment.

AAS or BS degree in a related field
2+ years experience required
 
Human Resources Manager develops and administers human resources programs, procedures and requirements, including employee benefits, compensation, and recruitment. Evaluates, recommends and institutes specific methods and systems to track effective implementation of corporate policies procedures and workplace regulations. Assists in the oversight of regulatory compliance, and requires a thorough knowledge of labor laws, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, OSHA, FLSA, and EEOC.

BS degree in Human Resources Management
2+ years experience required
Automotive industry experience preferred
